Will I Be Training With a Video?
You will be training with Marissa and she is definitely not a video. Marissa will keep you accountable and help you stay motivated. She’s also a lot of fun.
What Gear Do I Need?
You’ll need a towel and a water bottle, a mat is recommended but not required. If you do have equipment you would like to incorporate, just let Marissa know in advance.
How Much Space Should I Have?
Ideally about 5x7 feet of open space. If you have less, let Marissa know ahead of time.
Do I Need Experience to Train Online?
Yes, but only a basic level of exercise ability and knowledge.
Do you know how to do a squat, lunge, and push-up? You don't need to have perfect form, and Marissa will be there to help you.
What Fitness Level Should I Be?
All levels are welcome, from beginner to athlete.
What is the Workout Style?
Marissa excels at leading high intensity, strength, core, and cardio workouts.
