Cardio & Legs TABATA

HIIT workouts are just the best!!! 🙌💕

I love Tabatas specifically because they’re mindless to do, can be as easy or as challenging as you want, and if done right are more effective than so many other workouts that take double the amount of time or more! Today’s workout is one of those. 😀

A great thing about Tabatas is that you can repeat them and compare how you did, so you can gauge your progress. If the first time you tried this workout you couldn’t get to 4 rounds then the second time you did, that’s great news! Mark it down so you don’t forget and can refer back to it.

Target: cardiovascular system + legs

Level: advanced

Equipment: a timer app (I use Tabata Pro) + your kickass self

Fun: hellz to the yea!

Note:

  1. I recommended 4 rounds, but you can do more or less depending on your time and ability.

  2. As always, you can eliminate the jump in all of these exercises to make it low impact and knee friendly.
