No. Marissa can do it all from teaching you the basics to kicking your butt.


What Fitness Level Should I Be?

All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.


What is the Workout Style?

Marissa excels at leading high intensity, strength, core, cardio, and yoga fusion workouts. She aims to make workouts fun while still working hard for your level.

What About In-Person Training?

Marissa has a full gym setup in her home in Little Burgundy with lots of equipment. Barefoot or indoor shoes are required. There is also free parking.
