Shoulder Fixes

I noticed that a couple of my clients occasionally get pain in a certain area in the front of their shoulder when they do specific movements like lifting their arm at a 45 degree angle. I figured since a few of them have this issue, it's likely many others do as well. If you suffer from this pain, you know exactly what I'm talking about.

It's ideal to do these exercises at least twice a day, aiming for 10-15 reps each. Try to do the bad side first, then the good side, then the bad side again.

Keep it up and your shoulder will be feeling better in no time!
