Here’s the second part of my Costa Rica home workout (filmed in the backyard of the Airbnb I stayed at). If I could do this by the pool in Central America with no equipment or shoes (and ants crawling everywhere), you can defs do this too! #noexcuses

3 Rounds:

20x 1-Leg Deadlift + Reverse Lunge Hops (10L/10R)

10x Push Ups

20x Mountain Climbers (10L/10R)

Note: If you do less than 3 rounds, so what!?! Anything is better than nothing, so get your booty off that chair and do it! :P xox
