Here's a quick cardio and legs workout you can do at home! Just follow along to me and what I do.

No equipment, no timer, no excuses!

3 Rounds of:

10x Ski Downs

10x Forward/Reverse Lunges LEFT

10x In-Out Squat Jumps

10x Forward/Reverse Lunges RIGHT

Note: If you need breaks, pause the video because I don’t give any. If ever you can’t jump, try doing the same exercise but eliminate the jump part by stepping. Remember, anything is better than nothing!
