At Home Towel CORE Workout

Continuing my series of at home workout with supplies found around our house, today I have a bodyweight CORE workout using only a towel. The only requirement is that it’s big enough that you can hold it in both hands shoulder width apart.

Target: Abs, back, legs, and shoulders.

Today’s workout will take a total of 8-minutes and has no breaks. Should you need one, pause the video at the end of the round. Remember that there is difference between “need” and “want”. Only take a break if it’s needed. The longer you can go with good form and no break, the better. This is how we improve and get stronger. 💪

4 Rounds of:

30secs Alternating Side Lunge Shifts

30secs Superman Towel Pulls

30secs C-Sit Alternating Towel Overunders

30secs Up/Down Towel Shoulder Pulls

Note: If you don’t have time to do 4 rounds, that’s ok, do as many as you have time for. Something is better than nothing! Alternatively, if you want to do more than 4 rounds, go ahead, as long as it’s with good form.
