At Home CORE Workout with Cans

Following this week’s theme of home workouts using kitchen supplies as weights, today we’re going to do a quick 8-minute CORE workout with cans. If you don’t have two identical weight cans, take jars, fruits… really whatever you can find. Just know the heavier the item, the harder. If you’re not sure, take two different types and try them both.

Here’s the game-plan:

40x Shadow Boxing (20L/20R)

20x Low Plank Can Rolls (10L/10R)

20x Side Plank Flys (10L/10R)

Note: If I go too quickly for you, just do the exercise for the same amount of time as me and don’t bother counting your reps. This way you’ll be able to follow along and switch to the next exercise when I do. If ever you really need a break, pause the video then go back to it. Just remember, something is better than nothing!
