At Home ABS & LEGS Workout in Socks

Follow along with me to this 4-move only 10-minute bodyweight ABS & LEGS workout. All you need is you, a floor, and either your socks or a towel to slide on the floor. 💪

I have a few favourite sayings:

  1. Anytime, anywhere.

  2. Something is better than nothing!

  3. No excuses!

This workout demonstrates all three of those: You can do it on any floor, at any time that’s convenient for you. If you don’t have the full 10-minutes, no worries, do it for however long you do have because something is better than nothing (especially these days). Therefore you really have no excuses not to do this workout. Now before you come up with some other excuse not to do it, just SHUT UP AND TRY! 😘 (Ha! That’s another one of my favourite sayings, only a little less tasteful. I even have a huge decal of it on my gym wall.)
