At Home ABS & LEGS Workout with Towels

Today’s workout is part of my #noexcuses series of at home workouts. Join me for 12-minutes of ABS & LEGS with no breaks. This is a low intensity workout, suitable for all skill levels. In fact two fo the exercises can be made easier or harder depending on your abilities. All you need is your lovely self, the floor, and a towel (or even paper towels).

Remember, something is better than nothing, so try to do your best. Just know that every time you do these exercises, you will get better.

4 Rounds of:

60sec 1-Leg Half Circles (30sec/30sec)

30sec Hover Arms

60sec Hamstring Curl*

30sec Ab Roll

*I explain it quickly in the video but there are 4 options here:

  1. You can do 30secs with the right leg on the floor, and the left one moving in and out with the towel under it. Then switch legs after 30secs.

  2. You will need 2 towels for this option, but you can put one under each foot and quickly alternate extending one out then the other.

  3. With 1 or 2 towels, place them under your feet and extend both legs out simultaneously, then back in, repeating.

  4. Keep your right leg on the floor with the towel under it, left leg goes in the air and try to extend that right leg out then back in, switching after 30secs.
