30min HIIT Workout Video

Unlike what I normally post, this is a full 30-minute HIIT workout that I recorded as a favour to the YM-YWHA (one of the gyms I work at that is now closed due to the Coronavirus).

Level: Intermediate - Advance

No equipment required.

Note: Feel free to modify whatever needs it, this isn’t an easy workout especially if you follow at my pace. Remember, anything is better than nothing. Have fun! :)
